Galerie Pernerka is a unique urban project that will transform a neglected part of Pardubice into a lively, modern district. The former industrial site is being converted into a space that will combine shops, services, entertainment, offices, and a hotel—all with natural connections to the main train station and city center.

Construction is in full swing, and Pernerka will welcome its first visitors in the fall of 2028. It will offer not only a shopping mall, multiplex cinema, four-star hotel, and office space, but also places to meet, relax, and take a break from everyday life. The project will bring new momentum to the city and become a natural part of everyday life in Pardubice.
